New Job Opening: Assistant Manager Accounts Receivable/Payable Financial Control in Hong Kong SAR

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Generate timely and precise AR and AP statistical reports and analyses for management


• Assist with the month-end closing processes


• Oversee the collection efforts of regional offices to ensure that global AR key performance indicators (KPIs) are met


• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of systems related to AR and AP modules


• Manage and analyze extensive data sets using advanced Excel functions and tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making


• Mentor regional teams, providing guidance and collaborating closely with financial centers in China

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related


• Holder of HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA or equivalent professional qualifications


• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting


• Experience with SAP is an advantage


• Advanced skills in Excel automation, including macros and VBA, to enhance data processing efficiency are an advantage


• Mature, self-driven, and able to work under tight deadlines


• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities


• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is essential
