About our client

A fast-growing consumer health and life-science company is seeking a detail-focused Procurement Assistant to support the flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from manufacturing partners to customers. Working closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, you'll help keep the supply chain accurate, on time, and audit-ready as the business scales.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods


• Source and evaluate vendors on price, quality, delivery, and compliance


• Book freight, track shipments, and manage import/export documentation (Certificates of Analysis, customs declarations)


• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment


• Maintain accurate ERP records and supplier-performance dashboards

Requirements

• 1–3 years in purchasing, supply chain, or operations support


• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines


• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets


• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
