Project Coordinator (Civil / Building / Construction) x 2

Our client is a well-known construction contractor with company and production facilities in Hong Kong and China, they are now looking for a Project Coordinator to support on new and existing growth projects:

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management, coordination and progress monitoring


• Support smooth and timely completion of construction / structural work


• To support all aspects of site works such as material handling, site coordination


• Coordinate and liaise with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and other parties


• Plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation


• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above in Civil / Building / Construction or related disciplines


• 2- 4 years of working experience will be an advantage


• Independent and able to work under pressure


• Well-organized, self-motivated, team player with strong interpersonal


• Clear communication skills in Chinese


• Immediately available is preferred
