Overview
Our client provides equities trading technology including execution, algorithmic trading and market access solutions to institutional clients. They're strengthening their Hong Kong presence and are looking for a Sales Director to lead growth in North Asia.

The Role
You'll drive new business across Hong Kong and the wider region, selling into both sell-side and buyside firms and building senior relationships across equities trading desks.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth across Hong Kong and North Asia


• Sell equities trading solutions to brokers, banks, hedge funds and asset managers


• Build strong relationships with heads of trading, technology and operations


• Manage complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations


• Collaborate with product and pre-sales on tailored client solutions


• Represent the business at regional industry events

What You'll Bring

• Sales experience within equities trading technology (EMS, OMS, algos, market access or connectivity)


• Strong understanding of APAC equities market structure, including Stock Connect


• A well established network across the Hong Kong trading community


• Proven record of closing enterprise deals


• Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage

Package
Up to HKD 1,200,000 base plus commission and benefits.
