Job Description - Office Services Assoicate

- Operate electronic or computerized scanning equipment to convert hardcopy documents to electronic versions
- Collection of incoming documents from Customers
- Input of basic customer details into tracker
- Verification/Sorting of documents as per checklist
- Scanning of documents
- Entering the Customer’s and the transaction details into system
- Courier or hand delivers of original documents to customers and managing customer queries
