Job Description - Officer/ Senior Officer, Productivity and Capability Development

Job Description

  • Design monthly newsletters artwork and layout, prepare memo communications, assist to prepare the training materials, coordinate and conduct product / sales training / event for distribution channel

  • Responsible to market research and arrange all the logistic, agency enrollments and registration for the seminars and activities help Agency enhance the new business productivities, and help company achieve the business targets and improve the product mix in order to meet RBC requirement. 

  • Responsible for the logistic arrangement on Voice of Agency and Brokers, consolidate and organize the data and feedback in file for Head of MIS and Associate Director for review and make comment and suggestion and market intelligence

  • Responsible for the sales tools UAT review from Channels’ point of view, in order to make sure the tools is align with Agency and Brokers’ expectations

  • Responsible for the Agency regular client seminar ( Health, Wealth, ILAS seminars etc) poster Artwork and layout design and responsible for all the logistic arrangement, agency and client enrollments and registration, including due with legal and compliance for the poster and seminar’s content’s approval.

  • Assist to prepare product materials from business perspective. Responsible for all the seminars and workshop, training’s logistic arrangement.

  • Support client seminars / events during out of office hours (if necessary).

  • Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

 

Job Requirements

  • University degree, major in translation, marketing, linguistics is preferred

  • At least 2 year relevant marketing experience

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skill

  • Good Team player and strong Communication Skill

  • Good communication skill and being able to cooperate with others Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Proficient in use of computer software (including power point, excel and words)

  • Strong skills in managing data and have strong logic

  • Excellent coordination skills in execution among relevant departments

  • Basic computer skills, especially good at Excel

  • Detail oriented and able to deliver accurate work

  • Good interpersonal skill

  • Multi-tasking
