Job Description - Officer to Deputy Manager, Fund Trustee and Administration Fund Accounting, CUD

Job Responsibilities

Check valuations for mutual funds, unit trusts and private equity funds to ensure fund services and controls timely
Monitor investment compliance for mutual funds/unit trusts
Responsible for the set up of ETF and contact point of responsible clients
Work closely with auditors for audit enquiries
Ensure the operation procedures are adhered to regulatory and bank requirements
Perform User Acceptance Test on system enhancement and new product
Supervise and provide training to junior staff and participate in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fund accounting
Familiar with different investment products
Experience in ETF is a must
Knowledge of Global Custody and securities services is preferred
Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
