The HKUST MSc Programs Office is seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to provide administrative support to the new MSc admissions team. Observing the requirements of the programs, the appointee will work closely with the program teams to process applications, prepare relevant admission documents and facilitate the arrangement of the whole admissions process. The appointee will also provide support to the recruitment and admission events, maintain updates of the admission data for reporting and analysis; and any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should be a good team player with a proactive work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. The appointee should have good interpersonal skills, be able to meet deadlines and work independently. The appointee should also possess a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with basic computer knowledge. Working outside regular office hours is expected. Candidates with a diploma, higher diploma, associate degree or equivalent will be considered for the appointment of Assistant Officer. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
