Department/Hospital: Catering Department, Haven of Hope Hospital
Pay: HK$24,675 to HK$29,195 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Chef II in
    (i)      Supervising and leading staff in food production and catering service
    (ii)     Staff training
    (iii)    Suggest and implement quality and process improvement plan and service projects
    (iv)    Maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) which include ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and ISO 45001      
    (v)     Maintaining Dietetic and Catering Management System (DCMS) at local hospital level
    (vi)    Food quantity and quality control
    (vii)   Inventory control
    (viii)  Monitoring all necessary cleaning, hygiene and quality procedures
    (ix)    Making requests for equipment repair and maintenance and follow up on maintenance progress
2. Carry out regular inspection and complete inspection report.
3. Arrange staff duty roster and annual plan.
4. Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements:
1. Completed F.5/S.5 education, or equivalent, with 2 years relevant working experience.
2. Has obtained Certificate in Catering Service, Cook Apprenticeship, Hospitality Management, Food Science, Food & Nutrition or equivalent.

Preferred Attributes:
1. Post-secondary education level or above.
2. Has relevant experience at supervisory level.
3. Knowledge in computer applications including Word and Chinese word processing.
4. Knowledge in ISO 14001, 22000 and 45001.
5. Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
6. Pleasant and mature personality, interested to work in hospital environment.
