Operation Manager, ITS Projects & NOC

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ITS projects covering infrastructure, network, cloud, system implementation, migration, security enhancement, and service improvement initiatives.


• Oversee NOC operations to ensure service availability, incident monitoring, escalation handling, and timely resolution of infrastructure and network issues.


• Coordinate business users, internal technical teams, NOC teams, vendors, contractors, and management to ensure smooth project planning and operational support.


• Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, implementation approach, and operational support requirements.


• Prepare and maintain key project and operation documents, including operation plans, incident reports, SOPs, configuration management and implementation plans.


• Monitor project progress, service performance, incident trends, milestones, risks, and issues, and escalate matters when required.


• Ensure project delivery and NOC operations comply with IT governance, security standards, operational requirements, SLA expectations, and service support processes.


• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, NOC operation efficiency, documentation quality, stakeholder communication, and operational handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.


• Solid experience in managing infrastructure or enterprise IT projects, such as server, storage, network, cloud, backup, security, data center, Microsoft 365, or system migration projects.


• Familiarity with customized SLA management and escalation procedures.


• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, VMware VCP-DCV, Nutanix NCP-MCI or ITIL are highly desirable.


• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies, understanding of network protocols, and experience with VMWare ESXi, VMWare Horizon, Nutanix HCI…etc


• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve network issues.
