Operation Officer - Retail Business Management Department

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide operation support to the department (account opening, account maintenance etc.)
2. Handling remittance inquiries
3. Provide administrative support (documents filling and record keeping, etc.)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ year of relevant work experience preferred (e.g., branch teller or customer service roles)
2. Familiarity with account opening procedures and banking service requirements (including personal and investment accounts)
3. Proficiency in written Chinese and English; fluent in Mandarin; proactive and detail-oriented
4. Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities; capable of working independently and handling pressure
5. Proficient in using software such as Word and Excel
