What you’ll do:

• Due diligence & document review

• Regulatory surveys & contract drafting

• Legal research & antitrust analysis

What we’re looking for:

• Law degree or a non-law degree with post-graduate law qualification

• At least 2 years paralegal/legal assistant experience (IPO experience preferred)

• Excellent English; Mandarin a plus

• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and deadline-driven
