Paralegal Capital Markets

Our client is a leading US-headquartered international law firm with a premier capital markets practice in Hong Kong, advising on a high volume of Hong Kong initial public offerings and equity capital markets transactions. The firm's Hong Kong office works closely with its US and regional teams on cross-border listings and securities matters. The capital markets team is actively expanding to support a strong pipeline of Hong Kong IPO mandates. 

WHAT 
The successful candidate will support the capital markets team on pure Hong Kong IPO transactions, including drafting and reviewing prospectuses and listing documents, conducting legal research on Hong Kong listing rules and securities regulations, assisting with due diligence exercises, coordinating with sponsor teams and other transaction parties, preparing filing materials for the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and supporting senior associates and partners on transaction execution. 

YOU
The ideal candidate will have native Mandarin and fluent English language skills, prior paralegal experience ideally in a capital markets or corporate practice, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple transaction workstreams simultaneously. This role reports directly to the capital markets partners and works closely with the broader Hong Kong team.
