Work you'll do

• Take on a supportive role in company secretarial work 


• Assist lawyers in the corporate practice in different aspects of corporate and commercial projects, including assisting in conducting due diligence, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research


• Provide general administrative support such as translating documents, assisting with the onboarding of new clients, conflict search and KYC process, maintaining and organizing client files, documents and billings support

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably relating to law, accounting, corporate governance, or company secretarial-related fields


• An excellent academic record, strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are also required to be effective in this role


• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
