Pay \: HK$20,159 – HK$25,195 per month
         Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist infection control team to arrange, prepare and carry out interventions concerning environmental hygiene, e.g. collecting environmental samples, environmental hygiene & monitoring, operating environmental disinfection device.
2. Arrange and perform staff fit test.
3. Provide technical assistance to infection control team in operating medical equipment and data input.
4. Assist infection control team to arrange and prepare staff education, training and events.
5. Compile statistics and data input for managerial and clinical management purposes.
6. Assist inventory control of instruments, equipment and consumables.
7. Perform clerical task and receptionist duties.
8. Carry out supporting duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements:
1. Completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent.
2. Completion of in-service training program. (Please note the Remark 2)
3. Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. Fluency in written English and Chinese as well as spoken Cantonese.
2. Tertiary educated is preferred.
3. Basic computer skills and knowledge.
4. Pleasant and mature personality, interested to work in hospital environment.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Applicants who do not meet entry requirements (2), if find suitable, will be employed to undergo at least 6 months’ structured departmental training. Employment may be terminated if the selected applicant cannot pass the assessment after training.
3. The service of Queen Elizabeth Hospital will be relocated to the Kai Tak Hospital in phases starting from year 2026.
