Job Description

As a Policy Manager/Assistant Director, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and updating policies to align with international accounting and financial reporting standards.
Conducting in-depth analysis of current industry practices and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborating with stakeholders to address regulatory and compliance challenges.
Providing expert advice on policy matters and their potential impact on the financial services industry.
Drafting comprehensive reports and policy papers for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring global developments in accounting and financial reporting regulations.
Organizing and leading consultations and discussions to gather industry feedback.
Supporting the implementation and communication of new policies across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Policy Manager/Assistant Director should have:

Strong expertise in accounting and financial reporting standards.
Big 4 is a must
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline..
