Prediction Market Trader

We're working with a leading crypto proprietary trading firm looking to hire a Prediction Market Trader to develop and execute strategies across event-driven and prediction markets.

Location

• Hong Kong (Onsite)
• London (Open to Remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and execute profitable trading strategies across prediction and event-based markets.
• Analyze probabilities, market pricing, order flow, and news catalysts to identify trading opportunities.
• Monitor positions, manage risk, and optimize portfolio performance.
• Work closely with quantitative researchers and engineers to improve models and execution.
• Stay on top of political, macroeconomic, crypto, sports, and other event-driven developments impacting markets.

Requirements

• Experience in trading, prediction markets, sports betting, quantitative research, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of probability, statistics, expected value, and risk management.
• Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions in dynamic market environments.
• Familiarity with market microstructure, liquidity, and execution is advantageous.
• Programming or data analysis skills (Python, SQL, R, etc.) are a plus.
