Prime Brokerage Strategist - Associate / Vice President

About the Role

Join our Prime Brokerage Strategist team, working at the intersection of trading, technology, and quantitative analysis. You'll partner with Core Prime Brokerage, Delta One, and Securities Lending desks to build the analytics, tools, and workflows that drive financing, locates, pricing and risk decisions across the region.

What You'll Do

• Develop analytics and tooling to optimize inventory, locates, and financing across APAC markets.
• Build real-time workflow and alerting tools for Sales and Trading.
• Deliver reporting and dashboards for risk, pricing, and P&L.
• Support new product launches and market access initiatives.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, and Controllers to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
• Deliver fast, pragmatic solutions to meet trader, client, and regulatory needs.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years+ experience in strats, quants, trading, or fintech - Prime Brokerage / Securities Lending / Delta One exposure a plus.
• Degree in Financial Engineering, Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• A delivery-focused, ownership mindset in a fast-paced trading environment.

Technical Skills

• Python, Java, C#, or C++ (at least one)
• SQL and data analysis (pandas / NumPy)
• Kdb+/q a strong plus
• Exposure to web UIs (React / HTML / JS) or AI/ML is welcome
