Job Description - Product Development Manager, Insurance

Your new company
A top-tier insurer is looking for a product development manager lead for the local office.

Your new role

Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of insurance products throughout the product life cycle.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate product-related initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
Assist in product analysis, including benefits, features, customer value proposition, and positioning.
Conduct market and competitor research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for product improvement.
Prepare product-related materials and internal communications to support product governance, approval processes, and ongoing management.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in insurance product development, product management, or related background is preferred.
Solid understanding of insurance product structures, regulatory requirements, and product approval processes in Hong Kong.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with business sense.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
