Job Description - Product Management - Consumer Lending

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth and profitability for the consumer lending portfolio
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new product development or enhancement of existing offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, risk, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product implementation and delivery
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimization strategies
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and incorporate insights into product roadmap
Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch support

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the consumer lending or financial services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer lending products
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
