Job Description - Product Manager / Director, User Growth

About The Opportunity



Our mission is to drive user growth and engagement by delivering innovative campaign features, building robust task platforms, and unlocking growth through diversified channel strategies — including SEO, ASO, affiliate, referral, and paid acquisition.

As a senior PM, you will play a key role in shaping product direction, driving cross-functional collaboration, and elevating the team's capabilities to new heights.


What You’ll Be Doing 



Drive Product Development



  • Develop ToC growth activities (campaigns) and consumer task products to boost user engagement and retention.



  • Enhance ToB platform and data analytics functionalities to streamline internal operations and maximize efficiency.



Channel Growth Strategy



  • Define and execute channel growth strategies spanning SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, and paid channels to maximize user acquisition and organic reach.



  • Collaborate with channel owners to align platform capabilities with channel-specific growth levers and funnel requirements.



  • Identify high-potential channel opportunities and build product features that amplify channel performance at scale.



Analyze and Strategize



  • Evaluate growth activities (campaigns) and task performance metrics to identify actionable insights.



  • Continuously innovate and prioritize product capabilities to align with global markets' user growth strategies.



  • Build operation best practices to scale up growth activities' adoption and efficacy.



Collaborate Across Teams



  • Work closely with Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, Referral, Trading, and Listing teams to create synergies for user growth.



Stay Ahead of Industry Trends



  • Keep up with market trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and ensure competitiveness.





What We Look For In You 





  • 3+ years of expertise in growth activity, mega sale, personal task, loyalty system, and platform products, with a proven track record of driving growth through innovative product solutions.



  • Decent understanding of data analysis, user research, and campaign performance metrics.



  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.



  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects and navigate cross-team dependencies in a dynamic organization.





Nice-To-Haves 



  • Experience with SEO and/or ASO strategy, including keyword optimization, app store listing optimization, and organic growth levers.
