Position Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager - P2P to build a world-class P2P (C2C/Fiat On-Ramp) trading marketplace.

This role focuses on a zero-fee, high-liquidity P2P product line supporting 100+ fiat currencies and payment methods. You will drive user growth, merchant ecosystem development, localized experience optimization, and compliance risk control. As the core Product Owner, you will own the P2P product from 0 to 1 or 1 to N, helping the platform become the preferred fiat on/off-ramp for global users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the P2P trading product, including strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.


• Conduct market research, competitor analysis (Binance, Bybit, LocalBitcoins, etc.), and user interviews to identify global and regional pain points and drive localization (payment methods, language, compliance).


• Design end-to-end trading flows (ad posting, matching, escrow, appeals, dispute resolution) to improve completion rate and reduce disputes.
  


• Build and optimize the merchant (Advertiser) ecosystem: onboarding, incentive programs, tiered management, and liquidity building.


• Use data analysis (volume, active users, completion rate, spread, appeal rate, etc.) to drive decisions and continuously iterate the product.


• Contribute to commercialization strategies and work with BD to achieve trading volume and market share goals.


• Explore AI/automation tools for recommendations, risk control, and operational efficiency; stay on top of emerging payment trends.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in internet/fintech (P2P, payments, e-commerce Marketplace, or C2C platform experience is a strong plus).


• Solid understanding of P2P core mechanics: merchant ecosystem, localized payments, escrow/appeal processes, liquidity management, and cross-border compliance.


• Strong user-centric mindset and product intuition; able to turn data and user insights into actionable plans independently.


• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; data-driven with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, A/B testing, etc.


• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus


• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto ecosystem and basic knowledge of AML, KYC, and payment licensing regulations.


• Bonus: Experience in global product localization, Web3/DeFi/AI growth tools.
