Product Manager - Trading Systems

Looking for an Analytical Product Manager to join a fast-paced trading and financial technology environment. This role focuses on building and enhancing trading platform capabilities, including execution workflows, pricing logic, and risk management features.

You will work closely with developers, quantitative teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex ideas into scalable product solutions. The ideal candidate is technically strong, commercially minded, and enjoys solving business and product challenges in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap for trading platform features, execution logic, pricing models, and risk controls.
• Conduct market analysis, simulations, and product validation using data-driven approaches.
• Create clear functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, operations, and business teams to gather requirements and drive delivery.
• Coordinate testing and validation of new product features to ensure expected functionality and performance.
• Work with engineering teams to translate models and business requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Support go-to-market efforts through product demos, documentation, and stakeholder enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role within trading, fintech, financial services, or technology environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Python and SQL.
• Understanding of trading systems, market structure, pricing concepts, or financial products is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in Agile or fast-moving product development environments.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to trading platforms, exchanges, capital markets, or digital assets.
• Familiarity with risk systems, pricing engines, or high-performance trading applications.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Interest in emerging financial technologies and modern market infrastructure.
