Job Description - Product Proposition and Marketing Lead, Insurance

Your new company

A top-tier insurer is looking for a product proposition and marketing lead for the local office.

Your new role

Lead the development and execution of product proposition and segment strategies.
Work with internal teams and partners to enhance product offerings and solutions to increase engagement and channel expansion.
Coordinate across functions to ensure product initiatives are aligned, well-planned, and delivered effectively.
Partner with sales and distribution teams to develop relevant sales materials, product positioning, and customer-focused messaging.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform ongoing product and proposition improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 9 years experience in related fields.
Strong knowledge of insurance products.
Good understanding of distribution channels and how product propositions support them.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
