Pay : HK$29,022 to HK$44,336 (HGPS Point 10 to 18) per month including Monthly Allowance 
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities
1.   Responsible for implementation, maintenance and modification of IT solutions in areas of responsibility.
2.   Document system changes and enhancement.
3.   Prepare and perform testing of IT solutions in areas of responsibility.
4.   Provide user support on IT solutions in areas of responsibility.
5.   Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system maintenance.
6.   Maintain system documentations and reports of IT solutions in areas of responsibility.
7.   Install, configure and maintain system hardware, software or services.
8.   Assist in monitoring systems connectivity, performance and security control in the areas of responsibility.
9.   Assist the implementation of technical infrastructure enhancements in the areas of responsibility.
10. Provide after office hours system support.

Entry Requirements
1.   Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.

Preferred Attributes
1.   Experience in network infrastructure, mobile device, MS Windows and Mac OS platforms support.
2.   Self-initiated, self-motivated and able to work independently.
3.   Good interpersonal and communication skills.

2.   The selected candidate will be posted to Department of Information Technology of Hong Kong Island Cluster located at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital to provide cluster-based services.
3. One of the posts is a time-limited post.  Selected candidate will be offered appointment up to 31 March 2029 depending on his/her existing employment terms.  The renewal / extension of appointment will be subject to service needs, availability of funding and job performance.
