Job Description - Property and Leasing Officer

Description

Assist in leasing operations and coordination for assigned commercial and residential properties
Prepare leasing‑related documents, agreements and correspondence
Liaise with property agencies, tenants and internal stakeholders on mortgagee sale properties and leasing matters in accordance with business strategies
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and defect rectification for office, branches and other properties
Work closely with service providers, contractors and facilities management teams
Monitor maintenance and renovation works to ensure quality and timelines
Support renovation, relocation and handover projects
Assist in service agreement application, renewal and termination for equipment and service
Provide administrative and operational support to the team
Handle ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Real Estate/ Hospitality/ Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Minimum 2 years' experience in leasing, property developer or agency service
Possess of EAA license is an advantage
Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing
Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work outdoor and availability for weekend and public holiday shifts as required
Immediately available is highly preferred
