Within their portfolio they have hotels, residential developments, shopping malls, offices and industrial buildings. They are currently looking to enhance their portfolio and have ambitious plans in place to grow in ways to help the community in Hong Kong.
- Explore and pinpoint suitable investment opportunities in both the public and private market
- Establish and develop potential acquisition strategies and identify key action items
- Oversee and execute comprehensive feasibility studies and development proposals
- Analyze and evaluate Real Estate market fluctuations and transaction data
- Complete and review acquisition documents, transaction agreements and assist due diligence process
- Coordinate and supervise the consultants and other professionals throughout the project cycle
- Manage lands administrative matters for the company portfolio
- Complete lease modifications and town planning applications
- Consistently liaise with government departments and attend project meetings
- Manage consulting and local broker activities
Requirements:
- MHKIS/MRICS qualified with a degree in Surveying or equivalent
- 8 years of relevant acquisition and valuation experience in property developers/property consultants
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Self motivated, able to work under pressure
- Astute financial modelling and business acumen
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
