About the job 

Our client is a well-established international group. They are looking for an experienced QA Manager to oversee quality assurance and production management for their private brand products.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Manage production, quality control, and auditing operations for private brand products.
• Follow up on the entire life cycle of products, including development, proposals, production, and delivery to group retail stores.
• Attend internal group meetings, prepare and review official documentation, and coordinate closely with internal departments and business partners.
• Handle communication with suppliers and vendors while reviewing relevant legal regulations and compliance standards.
• Provide strong leadership and management, successfully bridging the gap between field operations and executive management.
• Traveling overseas (approximately twice a month to regions like China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.) to conduct physical factory audits, evaluate manufacturing practices, and enforce corrective actions.

Requirements

• Extensive management-grade experience in quality control and production management across apparel, household goods, or food categories.
• JLPT N2 or above proficiency in Japanese and fluent in English.
