Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) - E&M Projects

Location: Hong Kong
Client: Leading Main Contractor for Government, Private, and Public Projects

Job Description:

Our client, a top leading main contractor, is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join their team for E&M projects. This role is suitable for candidates at various experience levels, from junior to senior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis.
• Monitor project expenditures and financial performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports and final accounts.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience:
  • Junior QS: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Mid-Level QS: 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Senior QS: 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Other: Must hold a valid HKID.

Salary Range:

• Junior QS: HKD 18,000 - 25,000
• Mid-Level QS: HKD 25,000 - 40,000
• Senior QS: HKD 40,000 - 60,000
