Job Description - Receptionist

Description

Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting customers and other reception duties in a professional manner
Manage reception table, customer services centre and waiting area in appropriate condition
Assist the administration supervisor in all kinds of administration works
40 working hours per week excluding meal breaks
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Diploma or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 3
At least 1 year customer services, receptionist or office administration experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, well-organized, cheerful and proactive
Good command of spoken English and Chinese
Immediately available is highly preferred
