Are you a good match?

You have solid professional experience in supporting financial and business analysis, bringing a strong commercial sense and a track record of effective business partnering. You combine strong analytical thinking with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Passionate about finance digital transformation with proficient in using finance systems (i.e. SAP/Power BI/Looker). You master English, and Chinese is a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

As the Regional Controller, you will be reporting to the FP&A Manager. In this function you will:

Financial Reporting & Analysis​

• Assist in preparation, generation, and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, providing detailed commentary on variances facilitating management discussions while safeguarding the accuracy of financial reporting.​

 ​

Budget & Forecast Process​

• Prepare quarterly forecasts and yearly budget templates for APAC markets. Coordinate and consolidate APAC markets budget and forecast to compile consolidation​ and assist in preparing PowerPoint presentation to HQ

• Prepare and validate system input and co-ordinate necessary follow-up with counterparts from local markets ​

A&P and Organization Planning​

• Own the A&P finance process, collaborating with communication team on A&P investment allocation to ensure spending matches with product roadmaps and campaign goals​

• Manage organization planning including personnel cost and headcount tracking and review, in liaison with human resources team​

 ​

Process Improvement and Digital Transformation​

• Take part in the Finance transformation projects & process automatization, supporting efforts to streamline and automate operating processes

• Work on digitalization and data-visualization to provide adequate analysis for business and strategic decision making​

Others​

• Prepare insightful business analysis of the region and be able to effectively communicate by providing relevant presentations and work on ad hoc finance projects to bring better functional efficiency and effectiveness​
