Your Role As a Regional Sales Executive based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across North Asia, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. You will leverage an existing pipeline of prospects to build relationships, identify client pain points, and deliver tailored SaaS and BPO solutions. Acting as a true hunter, you will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, supported by internal product and operations experts during the pre-sales process. You will also collaborate across departments to develop multi-solution offerings and accelerate deal closures within a typically fast-paced 3 to 12-month sales cycle.
What You'll Need to Succeed You will have 3 to 8 years of sales experience, ideally within financial technology, asset management, or related sectors. A strong understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly asset managers, pension administration, or wealth management, is highly preferred. You are a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a strong hunter mentality and a proven ability to close deals. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential to effectively manage clients across the region. You are agile, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver client-centric solutions.
