Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services, establish and implement care plans
• Responsible for drugs management
• Oversee the daily operations and supervise frontline staff
• Arrange medical appointment for residents and doctors visits, and manage the relevant records
• Demonstrate competency in general routines and ensure efficiency and prompt services provided

Requirements

• completed a pre-qualification nursing programme of normally not less than three years (for registration) or two years (for enrolment)
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in nursing and elderly care services or hospital related to elderly services
• Good command of English or Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong supervisory skills, enthusiastic about the job and caring
• Shift duties are required
