JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Reservations Department to maximize revenue, efficiency and productivity


• Handle room reservations and phone calls by providing excellent and professional service


• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure important requests from guests are accommodated (e.g. handling transportation bookings, restaurants and spa bookings)


• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management
