Job Summary



  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail

  • Answer enquiries about property facilities or services and room accommodations

  • Ensure service standards are met and in compliance with hotel's brand values

  • Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of their needs


Job Requirements



  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

  • Relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred

  • Passionate and service oriented 

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
