RFP Manager

We are partnering with a leading global asset manager on an exciting opportunity for an RFP Manager to join their regional team based in Hong Kong.

This role sits within a high-performing APAC function supporting institutional and intermediary client coverage. The team plays a critical role in supporting fundraising and client engagement efforts across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other client-related requests
• Partner closely with sales, client services, investment specialists, and product teams to develop tailored, high-quality responses
• Translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling, client-friendly messaging
• Manage multiple deadlines and oversee the full lifecycle of proposal submissions
• Track activity pipelines and ensure timely completion across concurrent projects
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes, systems, and content quality

Requirements:

• At least 3-8 years of experience within asset management or financial services

• Background in RFP writing OR adjacent functions such as:
• Investment Writing
• Product or Investment Marketing
• Client Services / Sales Support
• DDQ / Consultant Relations support
• Strong understanding of investment products, asset classes, and fund structures
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
