Job Description

Collaboratively work with the Global RFP functions as well as various teams within the global organisation
Developing a strong knowledge of the key products and mandates, with a particular focus on private credit and multi asset solutions
Proactively organise workload to meet client and internal deadlines
Confidently liaise with the investment product teams and sales relationship teams to determine client requirements, allocate responsibilities and project manage the entire RFP completion process
Crafting a high-quality document using the RFP database to source standard answers, working on new responses and tailoring all content to the particular proposal requirements
Tracking and monitoring the RFP pipeline of work in progress
Proactively contributing to the ongoing improvement of RFP content team's processes and systems
