Your new role Position 1: Relationship Manager(客戶經理) Key Responsibilities 主要職責
Provide comprehensive financial planning services to high-net-worth clients 為高淨值客戶提供全面財務策劃服務
Deliver personalised banking experience and build long-term client relationships 提供個性化服務並建立及維繫長遠客戶關係
Promote investment, insurance, and banking solutions to drive business growth 推廣投資、保險及銀行產品以拓展業務
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards 遵守監管要求及內部風控政策
Requirements 職位要求
Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth / banking product sales 至少2年銷售銀行/投資/保險產品經驗
Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage) 良好中英文能力,普通話優先
Position 2: Insurance Specialist(保險專才) Key Responsibilities 主要職責
Provide professional insurance advisory services to retail and wealth clients
Identify customer needs and design tailored protection and wealth solutions
Work closely with RMs / frontline teams to drive insurance business growth
Maintain compliance and uphold high-quality advisory standards
Requirements 職位要求
Experience in insurance sales / advisory within banking or agency background
Qualified in IIQE papers
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Position 3: Investment Specialist(投資專才) Key Responsibilities 主要職責
Provide investment advisory services (funds, equities, structured products)
Support frontline teams in delivering market insights and portfolio strategies
Conduct investment product training and client seminars
Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements 職位要求
Solid knowledge of financial markets and investment products
Relevant licenses (HKSI 1, 4, 7, 8 preferred)
Strong analytical mindset and presentation skills
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2+ years of experience in banking, wealth management, insurance, or investment product sales 具備最少2年以上銀行、財富管理、保險或投資產品銷售經驗
Strong client relationship management and sales capabilities 具備良好客戶關係管理及銷售能力
Relevant licenses (e.g. IIQE, HKSI) are highly preferred 持有相關專業資格(如IIQE、HKSI)者優先考慮
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset 擁有良好溝通及人際技巧,具備以客戶為本的服務態度
Proficiency in English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage 良好中英文能力,懂普通話更佳
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure 工作積極主動、以結果為導向,並能承受工作壓力
