Sales Administration Officer (12-month contract)

• Prepare and process sales quotations - sales orders accurately and in timely manner,

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional and smooth fulfillment to the customer,

• Provide and generate report on delivery date updates to customer, ensuring timely and transparent communication,

• Compile periodic sales summary report of the assigned region,

• Adapt to dynamic team needs and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Higher Diploma or above in Business / Management or relevant disciplines

• 2- 3 years' working experience preferred (Diploma holder with relevant working experience will also be considered)

• Experience in using SAP especially S/4 HANA or relevant working experience gained from MNC is an advantage

• Good command of English and Mandarin

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Attention to details, organized, logical thinking and self-initiative
