Sales Advisor

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Service Advisor (Cantonese Speaker) to deliver exceptional customer support for a global client. You will assist customers via calls, chats, and emails, handling inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and product information.

This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist with order status, delivery timelines, payment issues, and product information.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions.
• Maintain high performance in customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues in real time.
• Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously improve service delivery.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification is necessary.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills (mobile devices & computers) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.

What We Offer:

• Housing Allowance of RM 600/month.
• Additional Language allowance of RM300.
• Rotational shifts from 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM. No night shift is required.
