About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be supporting the Team by coordinating day-to-day sales activities and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as part of COE Sales to support commercial sales activities, account servicing and business development efforts across designated market segments.
- Support the Department Head in executing sales plans, account strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
- Identify and develop business opportunities within the China market and build strong client relationships.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets.
- Coordinate familiarization trips (FAM) and drive business exposure.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and awareness of sales activities and bookings.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Events Management or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Hotel sales experience, background in Reservations and Front Office operations would be definitely an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
