Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Support general administrative work and basic account servicing (e.g., account setup, sales order processing, agreement preparation, handle merchant inquiries, etc.).


• Work closely with merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of merchant promotions and provide end-to-end account management services.


• Prepare regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights and prepare presentation materials for findings and recommendations.


• Perform market research according to business needs.


• Carry out ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably majoring in Business, Marketing, or Communication).


• 1-2 year of experience in administrative support, data analysis, and report preparation is a plus. Fresh graduate is also welcome.


• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (proficient in VLOOKUP and pivot tables).


• Good language skills in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).


• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good business acumen.


• Responsible, committed, willing to learn, and a good team player.


• Able to multitask, self-motivated, and possess good time management skills.
