About the Role


As a Sales Manager – MICE, you will be driving MICE sales growth by managing key accounts, executing sales strategies, and delivering seamless client experiences through cross‑functional collaboration.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and grow assigned MICE accounts, supporting the Director of Sales – MICE in achieving segment revenue and room night targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the MICE segment, including cross-selling across hotel properties.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

  • Conduct sales activities, including client meetings, site visits, and proposals to drive business growth.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to formulate effective sales strategies.

  • Prepare sales plans, reports, and call activities to track performance.

  • Collaborate closely with the Events Management team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.

  • Promote seasonal packages and drive revenue through targeted sales initiatives.


 


About You



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management or other related disciplines.

  • At least 5 years of Hotel sales experience, preferably in MICE or travel markets.

  • Proven experience in managing and developing key accounts.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Results-driven mindset with strong strategic sales capabilities.

  • Proficiency in computer applications and Hotel sales/event systems.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Candidates with more years of experience would be considered as Senior Sales Manager – MICE.
