Sales Operations Manager - Payments and Financial Technology

A growing financial services business in the payments sector, serving business customers across the region. The commercial function is being built now, and this role sits at the centre of how it operates.

The role

Ownership of the systems, data and process behind the commercial function.

• Own the customer relationship management system: set up, data quality and day to day use


• Build the reporting that shows the leadership team what is happening in the pipeline


• Run the forecasting process and sales performance reporting


• Support commission calculation and reporting alongside finance


• Design and improve the sales process itself


• Support onboarding of new sales hires as the team grows

What you will bring

• Three to five years in sales operations, revenue operations, sales support or commercial analysis


• Strong practical skills in a customer relationship management platform, and the analytical ability to build reporting people will use


• Comfort building process rather than maintaining one already in place


• A delivery mindset, with accuracy and reliability at the centre of it


• Candidates from commercial analyst, business analyst or sales support backgrounds looking to move into sales operations are encouraged to apply
