Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales planning & order processing to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate cross-functionally between internal departments & external customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
Centralize and manage sales quoting templates to ensure consistent use across the business, generating quotations in line with the annual value authority matrix.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent customer services to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries and correspondence in professional manner.
Regularly verify with customers and update customer contact details in the system to ensure data accuracy.
Prepare report and analysis for Management’s review.
Perform ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
1 year working of experience in Customer Care / Sales Support field is highly preferred
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
Detail minded, able to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
Excellent customer service skills with effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and energetic team player
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS office applications
Immediately available is preferable
