Job Description - Sales Support Manager

Leading Insurance Broker | Attractive Salary Package | HNW Sales Support

Your new company

A Leading Insurance Brokerage focusing on High-Net Worth (HNW) Individuals is expanding rapidly and looking to strengthen its team. They partner with top-tier insurers to deliver bespoke wealth protection and risk management solutions for affluent individuals and families. They are looking for a Sales Support Manager to join and grow with their team.

Your new role

Support HNW sales advisors with end-to-end workflow, including applications, meetings and communications
Assist in coordinating insurance cases with insurers and internal teams
Help manage client onboarding documentation & assist with application processes
Track application and underwriting progress and follow up on outstanding requirements
Ensure tasks are completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

What you'll need to succeed

3+ years in client servicing/ sales supporting role in Insurance/ Financial Services industry
IIQE is preferred
Good written & verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Proactive & customer-oriented, high level of attention to details
