Scrum Master/Project Manager (IT Infrastructure & Security)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong exposure to infrastructure and security-related initiatives within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have solid delivery experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and multiple workstreams, with the ability to drive projects from initiation through to successful implementation using Agile and hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and security-related projects, acting as Scrum Master / Project Manager across multiple workstreams.
2. Define and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
3. Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, governance standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
4. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution.
5. Collaborate with Infrastructure teams, Security teams, Architects, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans.
6. Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
7. Provide clear and consistent project updates to senior stakeholders through reports and presentations.
8. Coordinate and manage vendors and third-party providers to ensure delivery quality and timeline adherence.
9. Support implementation activities including testing, deployment coordination, and production readiness.
10. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and Agile maturity across teams.

Requirements

1. University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 7 years of experience in IT project management, Scrum Master, or delivery roles in enterprise environments.
3. Strong experience in infrastructure projects (cloud, network, systems, enterprise platforms) and/or security-related initiatives.
4. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
6. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, or Agile certifications are preferred.
7. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
