About the Role
As a Secretary – F&B Services, you will be providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the F&B Division to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the F&B Division to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including preparation of meeting minutes, regular reports, filing, record maintenance, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate with various outlets and departments to arrange meetings in support of daily operations.
- Maintain and manage attendance and leave records.
- Prepare necessary contract as instructed by Management, keeping track on contract duration and reminding Management on expiration as needed.
- Handle requisition and control of office supplies and follow up on deliveries.
- Assist in visa applications for guest Chefs / Bartenders.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in the Hotel / Private Club Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to details and responsible individual with good multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
