Senior Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer (Financial Reporting Team)

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)”) with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties, full set of accounts, financial reports and consolidation.


• Assist in month end closing, statutory returns and monthly management reports.


• Prepare and check daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation and general ledger.


• Handling of queries from parties regarding accounting and other problem solving tasks.


• Support the annual audit, year-end processes and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder preferably in Accounting, finance or related discipline, qualified accountant or finalist.


• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, experience in auditing is plus.


• Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.


• Proficient in MS Excel (V lookup, Pivot Table), SAP or general accounting software .


• Excellent skill in reconciliation in AP & AR is a must.


• Immediate available is an advantage.


• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Accounting Officer/ Accounting Assistant.
