Senior Accounting Officer, Family Office

Role Summary

A comprehensive accounting role within a Single Family Office focused on financial accounting, investment support, and operational excellence across multiple international entities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare full-set accounting and financial reporting for Hong Kong and offshore entities
2. Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
3. Execute month-end and year-end closing processes
4. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
5. Support investment and treasury activities, including capital calls and fund transactions

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
2. CPA qualification preferred
3. 5-10 years of full-set accounting experience, preferably with experience from a financial institution
4. Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel
5. Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
6. Attention to details
